We meticulously inspect all shipments before dispatch. Returns are applicable if you receive a product in the following conditions:
Notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Email images of the product with Batch No. to [email protected] or WhatsApp at +91 7879623098. We will review your request within 24-48 working hours.
If the product is beyond use, discard it, and we will provide a replacement.
If reverse pick-up is unavailable, self-ship the product, and we will reimburse courier charges up to INR 100/-
After receiving your product, we will verify and initiate the replacement or refund based on availability.
Cancel your order by emailing www.anaiva.in or WhatsApp at +917879623098 before the order is dispatched.
Orders in transit are NOT eligible for cancellation.
Refunds for cancelled orders take 10 to 15 days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
No processing fee for returns or replacements. If replacing with a higher-priced product, pay the difference.
Prepaid Order : Refunded to the same account within 4-7 working days.
Cash On Delivery: Transferred to the Bank Account or UPI ID within 10-15 working days.
Once the replacement request is approved, we will dispatch your replacement within 6-8 working days.
